Is Ownboss Supply Co a Scam or it is Legit? See the Review

I entered the contest via Own Boss Supply Co’s website located at ownbosssupplyco.com by purchasing apparel. The purchase was supposed to give me entries into their OB3 contest (for a used truck, mini-excavator, and trailer). I purchased three shirts for $105, but I received only one. It seems that the only reason this company even exists is to make money by selling apparel. Their About Us page is vague, and there are multiple reviews stating that others have experienced the same situation (purchasing apparel and never receiving the product or only partially receiving the products) and haven't been able to reach anyone or get their money back.
