    HI guys I made the biggest mistake of trustung this website and I bought a wwatchfor my girlfriend. they sent a tracking number that actually shows the country's abd costums it passed throw and that it been delivered (on a Sunday lol ) but nothing came or arrived to my place.

    They replied that I should go to the nearest post office with the tracking number and ask because my parcel was there so I went there twice but they said this tracking number doesn’t even exist, and I asked the website what company they shipped with to go directly there and ask and they never told me. I already said I want to be refunded otherwise I would denunce them ask fraud and they only reply all the time with the same email for me to go to the nearest post office.

    13 days already passed since they declared it was delivered. I already asked for reFund many times and they still ignore me . Please advise something I can do in this situation. Thank you . Paulo M.

      Open a dispute with your bank to have the transaction cancel and your money refunded.
