I had to call this number 800-258-4857 to take advantage of this offer. And of course, the offer was only good for 3 days. I knew that Capital One never solicited customers like this so I called Capital One and verified this was a scam they were very helpful to me.I did not fall for it however I'm sure someone will please be careful if the offer seems too good to be true then it is.Thank YouLoyal Capital One Cardholder Check the comment section below for answers or additional information. They just hope some will have capital one and fall for itan anonymous userhttps://www.onlinethreatalerts.com/users/#an-anonymous-userOct 29, 2019 at 7:41 AM by 1-800-258-4857 Fraud and Scam Callsan anonymous user from: Troy, New York, United StatesI also received a message from "Catherine" who claimed to be an underwriter for Capital One, offering me some eligibility to lower interest rate to 1.9% if I responded within 3 business days. I called Capital One directly--not the number she left--and confirmed it was a phishing scheme.
