In early April we received a pair of fake ray bans. I contacted the seller, opened a case on eBay, and alerted our bank. The seller said they could only offer a partial refund or send a new button maker. We didn't accept the partial refund ($30 of the $50 we spent) and agreed to have another button maker mailed. Tracking started the last week of April and after a month, just a week or so ago, the tracking stopped and said the item had been lost and to contact the sellers. I don't think a button maker was ever mailed out, but that's another story. The sellers responded to my email about the supposed tracking for the replacement shipment stopping all of a sudden. Again, they said they would only be able to refund 60% to us. We talked to our bank since the case with PayPal wasn't going anywhere since they don't have real humans to talk to, and agreed to have the seller reimburse us 60%. We'll see if they do. I am not holding my breath. What an annoying 2 1/2 months it has been dealing with this. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
