I called and emailed this company about 15 minutes later to cancel the order which they confirmed receiving the cancellation by email on their letterhead. (Dates and times are recorded on copies).Awhile later that same day they said they couldn't guarantee the cancellation to which I responded for them not to send the item as it would be refused.Approximately 4 weeks later the item was sent to my mail box and returned to the post office directly, unopened and labeled "REFUSED". The post office returned the item to the sender on June 1, 2021. (I did not pay to have it returned because the order was immediately cancelled and I should not have had to pay for their mistake.)
