Is Zinnialive.com a Scam? Review of the Kitchen Store

I had ordered in 30th May 2020, items at US$ 9.99 per piece. There charged US$ 101.00 from credit card, but till date items have not delivered. They are scam. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER.

I have ordered two kitchen aid. There were 9 usd. 99 euro's was collected from my creditcard. They never deliverd. And I can't log in anymore. Tried it another day and there were no orders in my account. This must be a scam

I ordered 3 Kitchen Aid mixers on May 15, 2020 with my MC and I have not received them. I don't see anything on my MC statement except a very suspicious name - DYMFZOS CHANG ZHOU SH jI and under that CN YUAN RENMINBI for $94.89. I assume that this was Zinnialive, but I'm not sure. I changed my credit card number to be on the safe side. I seriously doubt if I receive the mixers.

I ordered a kitchen aid mixer. Was supposed to be $49.00. Was charged
$93.00. Disputed the charge on my card and was refunded at least the
difference of $44.00. What a scam. I ordered 3 months ago. When I email
I get a generic letter that basically tells you nothing. I have received no product. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I made an order was supposed to be 16 dollars plus tax and they charge me 90 dollars and is going to be a month of the order haven't received nothing I send message and no answer.😡

Am also a victim, ordered the mixer, blender and fast delivery. My 90.98 dollars lost.

I place an order (#465690) on May 11, 2020. Got a quick response stating a large order volume would delay shipping. But, NO product.

Ordered a mixer today should have been $16. Plus checked back account and $aud142.36 has been taken out. I want to cancel this order and get refund. Can someone help with an email address.

I placed an order on Thursday & now it's Sunday & thankfully the money hasn't been deducted from my bank account. Don't understand that, but if I ask the bank to block any transaction s from this company, can they do so without cancelling my card & issuing another one?

I have a very similar experience to those detailed above. I fell for the “great bargain“ and “free shipping“ and paid $8.99 USD. The site would only except MasterCard so I used my debit card and within an hour or so got a call for a FRAUD ALERT. Thankfully, my bank declined two transactions of approximately $90 each and closed my card.

I ordered for $49 and they charge me for $68. They sent me an email that they forwarded the item to a third party warehousing system in Vietnam for processing and to track the shipping status in real-time, since May 23 it shows "shipping to target country" until now no update at all.

I made a purchase of a mixer for around 10 dollars and they said that the payment will be processed later. I then emailed their customer service to get a refund and they gave me a link to a fake courier. They charged my account 683.7 in chinese yuan! Thankfully I contacted my bank and blocked the card.
I urge to to do a quick search about the website before buying anything.

I made a few orders separately and was not immediately charged. I then called the bank and they informed that the charges have not gone through (which is unusual as the bank would see ALL transactions made instantly).

Since I suspected a scam, I requested to have the card blocked and a new card delivered.

Strongly advice everyone here to do the same.

I also ordered for 2 items. It was just 33AUD in total but the money deducted onto my account is 144AUD. The name appeared is chang zhou sh.
I didn't receive any confirmation from my order nor receipt.. I sent an email, they reply once and I sent again but no more response... also on faceboom messenger, my message for them is not sending.

I placed an order but since I was uncertain if it was a scam I used a credit card with just enough on it to cover the costs. Order was never sent and so far not charged to my credit card. Hopefully I got lucky. Calgary

Yes.. a few hours later . Cancel your card immediately if big charged yet.. I got charged and the bank contacted me about this scam website but was too late .

I was wondering if this was a SCAM and it is! I ordered 3 products and had 6 fraudulent charges to my credit card. I wondered why I never received an email with a confirmation of my order! Don't do it I reported it as it was an ad on FACEBOOK.

Same here. I ordered 2 items.there were just 36AUD but they deduct 144AUD on to my account. The name who deducted the account is something a chinese name because of "Zhou Chang" was on my account. I never received confirmation from my order and no receipt at all.

Made an order and then a fraudulent transaction takes place for 10 times the price paid. This website collects your bank details for this fraudulent purpose. Beware of scammer.

Yes, unreliable websites, blame themselves for being cheap. They combined with another company (Htcxeyf chang zhou sh 0529) to transfer the money from the account

This is the name who deducted 144AUF from my account and I was just ordering like 33AUD

Change your passwords if you use this site. Strictly a card scamming site.

I ordered from this Co using my Mastercard. Less than 24 hrs later I was notified by the bank that 2 other purchases totaling $185.00 from China were declined. Thank goodness. I then notified Zinnialive website, canceled my order, and notified the bank not to approve the charge I had made. These scammers will pay for this one day.

You can't. Just contact the bank that you paid the card with and get it blocked
