I called notetx help line and it is always busy. Never received acknowledgment or shipping information. I grew suspicious when I saw the email address of the payee on the Paypal receipt. I called the contact number listed on Notetx site: it's always busy. I submitted a complaint on notetx site which I now believe went nowhere. I opened a dispute on PayPal and asked for the transaction to be cancelled and refunded. The dispute is pending.
