The callers also told gave me a company name which I have never heard of, so asked him for more details about it and what car I was driving just to see his response. But, the callers started getting really angry for some reason and then hung up. I then blocked 01156920000. Check the comment section below for answers or additional information. It was listed as a missed call. I did not recognise the number and don't give my mobile number to just anyone, so some sort of telephone number generator program must have produced my number I think.an anonymous userhttps://www.onlinethreatalerts.com/users/#an-anonymous-userJul 18, 2020 at 6:23 AM by 01156920000 Scam Calls: Involved in Traffic Accidentan anonymous user from: Worcester, England, United KingdomThis number is clearly doing the rounds at the moment; I had a missed call this morning from it. The company ( fake) is supposedly Sigma Advice Centre. Neither Julie, god bless her , or Sigma are real. If you answer yes to the question about a car accident , you’ll be put through to an Asian accented Male (always). He’ll be called Alan or John or Geoffrey or Adam. Or any other British sounding name. He’ll claim to be calling from London but of course he’s overseas. I’ve been getting these calls since 2017. Julie has been around since then! She changes her phone number 1000 times a week it seems. I’ve reported just about every call. Unfortunately, because they are based overseas and have very expensive technology, it seems they can’t be stopped and will continue to scam people until there are no scammable people left in the country!infohttps://www.onlinethreatalerts.com/users/#infoJul 15, 2020 at 7:58 AM by 01156920000 Scam Calls: Involved in Traffic Accidentinfoforeign call centre operator. I told him I didn't recognise the company name and that this wasn't my insurance company. got him a bit annoyed because i had to keep asking him to repeat his questions. also, he claimed that I was in a recent car accident and he was asking how much i had to pay to fix my car but the weird thing is that I never had a car accident when I told him that he imminently hung up on me.
