Shoppers Drug Mart Scam Email

Please be advised that some of Shoppers Drug Mart and PC Optimum members are receiving phishing texts and emails about COVID-19. The texts and emails are being sent by scammers, therefore, if you've received one of these messages - do not click any of the links or reply with any personal information. Immediately delete the text.

For added security Shoppers Drug Mart recommends:

  • Resetting your PC password, visit the account settings of your app or through pcoptimum.ca
  • Activate two-step verification, visit the account settings of your app or through pcoptimum.ca
  • Reporting the scam to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre antifraudcentre-centreantifraude.ca or 1-888-495-8501
  • If you have clicked on a link in the text and provided personal information, please contact the PC Optimum Member Care Centre at 1-866-727-6468
