They are pure scum, they will try to get you to cancel a dispute with the offer of a refund then will tell obvious lie after obvious lie as to why they have the worlds most inept system and staff surrounding their refund system. It's not a lie. I purchased a large mystery box pallet from them which is supposed to be Amazon returns, and received a crappy massage gun worth half of what I paid for. Avoid them!
