If you receive an email that appears to be from donotreply@toontrack, saying someone in Moscow or elsewhere has accessed your Microsoft account, please do not click the links or follow the instructions in it. It appears the aim of the scammers behind the email scam is to frighten and trick potential victims into clicking a link in it, which goes to a phishing website that steals account credentials, personal or financial information.

If you have benn tricked by the Toontrack scam email, please change your Microsoft Account password. And, if you have disclose your financial information on the phishing website, please contact your bank for help.
