JOANCÉE at www.joancee.com - the Untrustworthy Jewelry Online Store or Website

JOANCÉE at www.joancee.com

The owner of the website is using a service to hide their identity via their website domain registration. And, the Trustwave and other website seals on JOANCÉE (see below) are fakes.

JOANCÉE at www.joancee.com

A Trustwave website seal confirms that a website has passed an extensive validation process, which proves that the website has a valid business. Visitors to a website can click on its Trustwave Seal, which will bring to them to Trustwave's website, where their business can be verified. But, on www.joancee.com, the seal is not clickable, which means it is a fake and placed on the website to trick visitors into believing the website has been verified as trustworthy by Trustwave.

The cybercriminals behind the fake website will use another website and change the name, once the current website has been taken down. Therefore, only shop on popular and reputable websites. And, for online users who have already used their credit cards on the website, are asked to contact their banks for help. They should let their banks know that they have unknowingly used their credit cards on an untrustworthy website.

I ordered from Joancee and it has been a nightmare. I just want to send it back for a refund as it is cheap junk and no one will return e-mails or answer the phone. There is no customer service and I am totally frustrated. How can I send it back if they won't give me an address or RA # to send it to?. They all ready charged my card. I just want my money back.I have been trying to contact the company for 3 weeks to no avail.I can't get anyone to talk to or respond. I have never dealt with a worse company in my life! I paid 106$ for 15$ ring. I guess I learned a hard lesson.

Ordered my ring. Got it had it, in less than 3 months the center stone fell out. Called 9 times, got no answer. Finally emailed them with pictures. Was told they didn't understand what the problem was.

Then after sending 8 sets of pictures they offered me $7.25 for the inconvenience. Refuse to fix it or replace it even though it has a 1 year warranty. Then told me to take it to a jeweler and they MIGHT consider paying a PORTION to fix it. Product as well as warranty and so called customer service is a joke.

I have had nothing but problems with Joancee. I ordered a ring and they sent me the wrong one and refuse to take it back and send me the correct item. What do I do? I tried calling and no one answers. They are stringing me along with emails and I am getting nowhere.
