Was told they didn't understand what the problem was.Then after sending 8 sets of pictures they offered me $7.25 for the inconvenience. Refuse to fix it or replace it even though it has a 1 year warranty. Then told me to take it to a jeweler and they MIGHT consider paying a PORTION to fix it.
