Beware of www.611music.com - It is a Fraudulent Website

The website "www.611music.com" is a fraudulent one. The website which claims it will deliver all your favorite movies, music, and games across all your favorite platforms, is similar to the fraudulent websites: www.geeker.com, lilplay.com and tzarmedia.com. Online users who have used their credit cards on the fraudulent website, run the risk of their cards being fraudulently charged for undetermined amounts, even when they have cancelled their subscriptions.

They (611music.com) claim not to charge your credit card for the trial period, but will do so anyway, even if you cancel before the trial period is up. Also, they will charge you to cancel your free registration, and will periodical charge your credit card for an undertermined of money. And, the website doesn't have some movies, books and music it has advertised. I think this is another trick used to lure potential victims to the website.

Online user who have already subscribed to 611music.com, are asked to contact their credit card company or bank for help to prevent the fraudulent website from fraudulently charging their credit cards, or refund their money if their cards were already charged.

    Lucky that I have Bank of America. They alerted me to out of country charges. Declined my card to 611music. Checked reviews before I allowed the charges. Credit card was declined and the account was closed new card issued.

    H, I want my money back which they have been taking out of my Bank account.

    I don't know how they got my details but they have and as far as I am concerned they owe me a lot of money you would think they would have a bit of decency and not rob a Disabled Pensioner who only has his bit of pension to live on.

    And to top it all, I am not the slightest bit interested in any music.

    Hi, and thank you for posting this! My name is Melissa and I am a victim of 611music.com. I don't even remember signing up with them, and just today, on my bill, I was charged $67.57 for the subscription fee.

    I am now currently on the phone with my bank, and trying to get a hold of 611music.com and get a full refund.

    Just wanted to put this out there for any future victims of these scamming sites. It's a pain in the a** to have to go through this BS. Hopefully the more aware we make these sites, the less victims they get.

    Hi, good pm. This is Joan. I'm also the victim of this website way back almost 2 months ago, because at first.

    I thought the website is coming from ETISALAT Company for chances of winning a mobile and they asking about the payment worth 1$ only, so I tried to do that because I read all the comments that are legit like this, positive comments and when I paid the payment from my credit card the messaged is from this 611music and after 1 week they deducted 189.00 AED from my credit card.

    So I need to take an action for this,can u pls. help me to refund this amount as this is no small amount for me. Please help me, your cooperation highly appreciated. Thank you.

        Hi, I already told my bank the day after they deduct that amount. And they only renew only my credit card to avoid this website to deduct my money there.

        And they did not refunded the amount that they took; should I need to call to this website for my refunding payment? or should I push to my bank that they need to get back my money because I never use this website and it is accidentally only.

    I just got scammed they took about 400 dk.kr from me. Have report it to my bank and have wrote to this fake company that I have report to the police and my bank. And I have never got anything with that company. Really scaring. DO NOT TRUST THAT website.

    HI I was lured to the music 611 site by movieflix free trial and when I clicked to join it took me to a site called music 611 where like Netflix asked me for credit card details, so trusting that this is normal part of streaming procedures I did it.

    Once I did this I went to a music site then I couldn’t get back there and now I can’t find the site. I signed up to and all of the pages I click on say under construction.

    How can I stop them from using my card details or should I just cancel my card with the bank ASAP

    I'm close to Salinas Ecuador, I also fell for the deceptive advertising of these computer criminals and even though I am in the "free" trial period I was charged with my Visa in the first two months: one of $ 1. 03usd and now in the 2nd month $ 49.90usd. Be careful, I am asking to cancel this membership to the card and the scammers!

    I found out that music611.com had been taking £38 from a credit card I hardly ever use. This had been going on since May, I had never bought anything from them and never gave them permission to take this money. My credit card has now cancelled this payment, but I'm waiting to see if they will refund me the money. I don't even know how they got my credit card number.

      I have the same problem. I was asked by the credit card company (SMS) to call them. Amount of EUR 49.95 was not charged. Credit card is blocked. I will get a new one to avoid further debits.

      Only option is to cancel the card completely and open a new account. Fraud is set up as a subscription so will transfer over to a new card with the same number.

      I use my phone for everything, but to do mine I held my finger on Support and it brings up different options. I believe I went to Open in new tab and I was able to email them from there. I am still dealing with them now but I will probably have to go to my bank to stop the payment.

      Same thing also happened to my son. He never whatsoever contacted the site nor ever heard about it. Still he was charged monthly 300 DKK (45€) for 6 months on his credit card. When we found out we blocked his card to stop the
      payment. We think they got his CC credentials through one of the sites where he bought video games.

        I have been suckered into this myself. During the subscription proces it stated clearly that it was a free membership, and where I had to enter my card details it said: no charges will be made to your account, we just need your details for future purchases".

        This is clearly to mislead whoever signs up, and screw them over with fraudulent payments when they have your details.

        May I ask how your husband was able to get his money back? I am currently emailing with 611music and so far they refuse to refund, as they "do not have a refund policy".

          Update: after some emails with 611music I have now had a refund.

          They first refused to refund the 2 months of "subscription". I responded by explaining their recruitment methods are misleading at best, and not at all justified to start charging people money.

          They then offered me 3 months of free subscription. This is of course not acceptable, as I told them. They finally offered a refund.

          Glad to have this over with.

          Contact your bank and have them cancel the transactions and refund your money. Let them know that the website is fraudulent and you were tricked you into signing up.

          Also, let them block future transactions because the website will continue to take money from your credit card.

    Someone got a hold of my debit card, I have no idea how, but noticed a transaction for $1.03 from the 611music.com website. There was another from moscowhealth for $5.95. Called my bank and was informed that they had frozen my debit card because of another charge for over $200 they had identified as fraudulent. My point is, I never even contacted 611music.com, yet somehow was charged by them.

    This is absolutely true. They withdraw sums of money that do not correspond to anything. I am the victim of this sale on 10 March 2017; 50 € 00! They do phishing on the pretext of a game to win the last iPhone at only 1 € until midnight. And you end up subscribed to a completely bogus trick. And you see download alerts on your mobile: titles that are downloaded do not know where? I looked everywhere: nothing! Which took advantage ?? I alerted my bank but they do not know how to do it because it's via internet.
