6616893381 Scam Text Message to Call Same Telephone Number

I received the fake text message from "AT&T" below about an "unsuccessful payment" and to call telephone number 661-689-3381. The problem is, I didn't attempt a payment and have never received this kind of text before. Customers beware! Also received this text scam. My credit card payment 3 days with ATT has been posted already (meaning payment was successful). These scammers must have access to ATT sales transactions for them to know we just purchased something and made a payment.

I received the same text from "AT&T," and I had just made a payment yesterday. Almost fell for it, but instead of calling that number, I went back in through AT&T's system to check on my payment and it said I was paid in full.
