Is Contactup.io a Scam or is a Legit Website?

I keep getting messages with a link to contactup.io. I want to know if the website is a scam. I went to the website and there is no information. The website just asks me to search for contact and then ask you to sign in with your email address and password.

This is definitely a scam...got a similar msg from a lady on happn app...divorced mum of 3...wants to talk on instagram...but want a contract signed up before naughty things...contract is on contactup.io...classic scam

I've had the same thing with a masseuse here in Melbourne who was on Grindr but wanted to message on Instagram and then offered contact.io and I do not feel safe giving credit card details for something I'd pay money for PLUS discretion PLUS reading this confirms my thoughts.
If it smells like a scam, it is.

I was on tinder and this lady text me to add her gram and I did and she wanted to do a body massage so I said okay and she sent me the link to pay and I knew from the gecko she was gonna do something like that, then I told her I’ll pay in person, haven’t heard from her since

Scam. your transaction will be declined $3 booking fee but if you immediately look at your card statement there are 4 or 5 other charges for various amounts that get sent thru. $89.00 subscription fee $39.98 handling fee etc etc hope you get the picture
