This company is a ripoff.
I ordered a disc sander and received a pair of gloves.
Asked for my money back and they would only refund 1/4 of my money.
Stay away from this company

Same here took me for $65.23 always saying will ship when they have it, excuse covid. Now asking for that refund- no response. I'm working on tracking down someone working for them. Would love to find any of these low life's. I'll catch up to one have a few names to go by.

Why is the person or persons operating this scam not in jail?

Total scam they wont send anything and keep saying they will refund your money been 5 months and they say there refund department is a little slow bunch of thieves

I have had a terrible experience with epiccop. They stole 76.$ from me with no intention of sending my order and after more than 20 emails back and forth. Have been given all excusess. I ordered an Impact Driver from them. I, like many others received a cheap shower cap. Theses people are scammer garbage. My mistake for not doing my research. Stay away from them.

It's definitely a Scam, I had to file a claim with PayPal, I ordered a Milwaukee M12 cordless ratchet kit and I received 2 pair of cheap black socks,EPICCOP DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!!

100% scam. I ordered a item and was immediately charged thru Paypal. After a long delay, I tried to reach them on all their emails. No response or luck. The only thing I got was a note showing a ShanghaI address with no shipping info. Finally got a email from one of many request that simply said "we are not the payee. Go to your bank or Paypal for a refund" Totally my fault for not doing my research.

I ordered a power tool from Epiccop. After a couple weeks, there was no indication the company intended to ship me the item. I contacted them using the only way available to me, through an email from their web site. I was told the refund would come sometime in the future. More time went by and there was no refund, only excuses. PayPal will not reverse the charge so I’m stuck. Try finding Epiccop on Facebook. It isn't there. What legitimate business doesn't take advantage of free advertising on Facebook? Stay away from Epiccop.

Watch out! They send you the cheapest junk just so there is a real tracking number. They use the fact that China Post to USPS takes about 6 weeks, hoping they can withdraw the money before anyone at PayPal or the Credit Card company can get the money back.

It is fraudulent site and they will take your money, placed an order on the 21, and noticed in my PayPal account that it wasn't the right company that got my money after 2 days of investigating, and talking with PayPal they returned my money and said they would take it from there.
