I purchased an "NBA" jersey from Ulimize Store located at ulimize.com. It took almost 30 days to arrive, and once we opened the package, we immediately realized the poor quality (fake label, loose threads). My son tried it on, and it was skin-tight (even though every other jersey he has is the same size). I took the time to reach out to their customer service with images and my grievances, only to be informed that I had to jump through hoops to curate images to prove my claims (I assumed they thought I wouldn't go to the trouble). I submitted all the pictures and proof, and they still wouldn't refund me and offered me 10% off on my next purchase and eventually went radio silent upon my follow-up.
