Online Threat Alerts (OTA) - Alerting you to scams and frauds.
Scammers and spammers are now sending fake and phishing "2018 Professional Who's Who Network" email messages like the one below, which claim the recipients have been nominated for inclusion in the same network. The fake email messages have been created and are being sent by online scammers, to trick the recipients into sending them their personal information and subsequently, their money for a fake service.

Try as I might, I can’t get these emails to stop - the unsubscribe doesn’t lead to anything but another scam website. The email and contact they are addressing was only used for one place - Anthropologie to buy a wedding dress so I’m guessing they are the ones who sold the contact email info.

I got the scam email on 11/07/2019 so this is still an active scam. Don't respond, they're trying to get your personal information and money (the eventual goal of all those scams).

I found the "who's who" email caught by my Gmail spam folder along with a couple others from vi2software.com. However, the email they used was a unique one only shared with Country Financial. I run on a Chromebox ChromeOS, so I am assuming COuntry Financial gave away my email or lack security, how else would vi2software get a one time email?
Do they automatically get your information just by clicking the link via portal or do they get your information by you actually having to type your info on some online form??
You will have to type in the information.

I received one of these emails , and I actually put in my information before I thought you know this isn't right and the only reason I did that was because my company actually has a who's who and I thought it was from them to begin with but this is ridiculous.If these people would put as much effort into a job as they do scamming others h**l they would actually be someone! BBB will know about this as well.
