Online shoppers run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all from the same store. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped from the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded.

I didn’t receive my shopping products. Already 18 days. I don’t believe them.
Same thing I ordered says it came and never did. Luckily I used PayPal. My postman said he for sure never delivered it and Noone else did. How does he create a tracking number 12 hour after it qas "delivered "
I was told my order was deliver, and I did not receive anything from Cuttersmart. The Postmaster told me it was delivery but to different address. I order twice from this company. I haven't received anything, I am very disappointed. I will contact bank and better business in regard to this purchased.

6/13/21Absolutely a scam!!!! They sent me an email saying my order was delivered and it wasn’t. Did a USPS claim and investigation and they told me it was a scam company!
