Is Traxxas-us a Scam at traxxas-us.com? Review of Online Store

Traxxas-us located at traxxas-us.com is a fake online store claiming to sell RC cars and trucks. Therefore, online shoppers run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all from the same store. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped at the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded.

I unfortunately fell victim to this fraud as well. The Traxxas Slash 1/10 4×4 never arrived but instead I received a POS $5.00 RC car from China.
I did file a report to the FTC for fraud.

I read what other customer wrote, I also got a little toy not at all what I paid for, what's up with these people, they are ripping people off by taking their money, but not sending the customer what they ordered. Something needs to be done with these scam business taking money for what you order and sending you total diffent what you ordered.

I ordered back in mid Jan. 2022 a radio control TRX-4 Chevy k5 Blazer as of now Feb 16 and still haven't received what I paid for. I paid #47.11 for it they got my money but I don't have the TRX-4 Chevy yet???? Traxxas or ausiaa-outlook.com what ever they go by need looking into by Better Busness Buro

Scam. Now they have changed the shop to www.rccar-factory.com. Don’t get scammed. Hopefully they can shut these guys down.

Same thing happened to me. I paid $89 for a traxxas X Max and received a $5 remote control jeep that will fit in the Palm of your hand do not buy from this website it's a SCAM!
They dont have contact information.
They have bogus email with people that do not care. Surprised they even replied. Ive asked for refund provided photos of what I thought I ordered and what was received. They said they could refund 10% but I'm not sure they will. Traxxas is made in US while this ships from China. Do not buy from any unverified website. beware.
