    Received one of two masks ordered Artisticpod. Good quality mask. Sent in two different packages. Received first one in 7 weeks. Tracked second package from April through July to somewhere in California then it just disappeared. Company refuses to refund money for the lost mask - offered to do an exchange, which I accepted, and got a response they were too busy to resolve the problem. I would be cautious about ordering items from this company at this time. There is no customer service and I am still waiting 3 months later for a resolution.

    Don't order anything from this company. We ordered music face masks on April 25th, today is June 17th and still nothing! Their tracking is bogus (it remains in the ordered stage) and sometimes the changes to some bogus China tracking which indicates that the product cannot be tracked or locks you out. Emailing customer service does no good because they lie and tell me it is in transit. They state that due to Covid-19 the orders (in general) may take 3 - 4 weeks. It has now been almost 8 weeks and still a nothing burger. I will not let them get away with taking over $60 of my money. Beware of this outfit it is a scam!

      Agree 100 percent. I ordered the same masks on 4/4/20 and was told they’re lost in transit. This site is a scam, period!
