Company refuses to refund money for the lost mask - offered to do an exchange, which I accepted, and got a response they were too busy to resolve the problem. I would be cautious about ordering items from this company at this time. Their tracking is bogus (it remains in the ordered stage) and sometimes the changes to some bogus China tracking which indicates that the product cannot be tracked or locks you out. Emailing customer service does no good because they lie and tell me it is in transit. They state that due to Covid-19 the orders (in general) may take 3 - 4 weeks. It has now been almost 8 weeks and still a nothing burger. I will not let them get away with taking over $60 of my money.
