Resenta Club located at resenta.club is an untrustworthy online store claiming to sell hair accessories, beauty gifts and other products. Online shoppers run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all from the same store. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded.

Complete scam. Never sent my item either. They will respond to emails with some computer-generated responses or someone who cannot speak a lick of English. I’m thinking of going to China and kicking someone’s a$$.
Beware of resenta. Complete fraud...They cheated me with my last order - send 3 face masks instead of backyard baseball cage net that I ordered. I have asked for a refund, Cannot really digest the justification that enveloped size face masks were wrongly shipped in place of a 55ftx14ft batting cage net. I have requested for a refund, no response from the seller.
The same thing happened to me. I received 5 face mask.
Same here... Same scam. I used PayPal so now I'm stuck trying to prove it to be covered by their buyer protection.
I ordered a baseball hitting net on April 15th. After waiting over a month for this product to arrive, I received a small packet with two N95 masks. At first I thought there was some mistake, but then I looked up if Resenta is a scam. Sure enough, it is. Don't buy from these communist POS, even though they just bested me.
I too received 3 face masks in place of batting cage net that I ordered. Complete fraud..Stay away from resenta!
The exact same thing happened to me. I complained to them and they assured me they were going to make it right and said they would resend my product so I waited a month and this time I received nothing so I asked for a refund and have heard nothing back from them!
Oh my goodness! The same thing happened to me! I tried to get a refund back and they stopped replying to my emails.
This is definitely a scam company. It is supported by 17 track. Do not buy from this supplier
I have ordered a baseball glove on that site on April 7 and it was supposed to come by the next 2 or 3 weeks and it never showed up and I´m very disappointed that no one took the the time to file a complaint on the website. I will do that right now.
I ordered a baseball pitching aid for $70, tracked it with the shady tracking site they provided me. It was delivered today in a tiny pack. Opened it and in it were 2 surgical masks. Scammed and mocked. I called the credit card company for the fraud.
