Playproz has no permission to debit my bank account...starting with $1 scam
on 18 April 2021
Then 3 more charges od $80..May,June and July. STOP charging me and REFUND me monies fraudulently taken our od my bank account J HORWOOD

These are equal amounts of € 49.95 for PLAYPROZ.COM on 13/04/2019 13/05/2019 13/06/2019.

Check these amounts in the 3 appendices with the relevant references.

When consulting the internet for those sites, I want to know what these companies mean via “Contact US”.

I arrive at the same e-mail address. Suspicious for me!

If this is a valid subscription, give me the proof!

If this is an incorrect subscription, not taken by me, I want you to refund these subscription fees, so € 49.95 x 2 x 3 is € 299.7.

When you try something is done without conditions. There the first thing is to register and they give you 5 or 7 days of free trial, however, they do not allow you the free trial until you enter your data debit.

There I find the suspicious. So, I just signed up and once I see that I have to enter my card information, I left the website. I said goodbye.

Smart move on your part.

These sites should be shut down ....they say free trial but ‘somewhere’ in their terms and conditions you only have a 5 day free trial and they automatically start charging ...they took two amounts per month from my account and I am waiting to see if I can get a refund.

Hello, I was taken 4 times from 49 euros to 95 by playproz. I do not know how to recover my money; thank you.

I have been scammed by playproz 1.03 € micmusik 1.03 € and then 49.95 € and before I charged it I canceled the card

I have been taken for ride of around 70.00 so far in 2 transitions. Got my bank to stop and assist so hopefully no further withdraws.

I did not see, download any movies or books.

I was offered 1.00 for return ticket on an airline and asked for cc # to purchase the ticket in promotion but as soon as I gave cc# it asked or told to download movies and books by when I hang but seems it was too late.

Hopefully my bank is able to process my card now.

Today, April 28, 2018, I discovered a fraudulent charge on my bank debit card for the amount of $150.68. Right above it was another fraudulent charge from Playproz.com for $1.03.

I immediately called my bank. But, because these two charges are in the "pending" status, I have to wait until they drop into the "cleared" status to file a claim.

In the meantime, the $150 in my account is NOT available to me.

To add to the grief, I had to cancel my debit card, on which regular bill payments are pending. So I may get hit with late charges.

This is disgusting to say the least.
I called the playpro phone number (shown on my bank record) at 1-866-727-0464. It is IMPOSSIBLE to connect with a live human. The recording offers the option of "cancelling" a purchase, and asks you to enter your card number. Enough said.

How can I cancel the suscription? And what is necesary to do to take out my credit card?

You cannot trust them to cancel or undo giving the thieves your credit card information, contact your bank for help.

This has just happened to me and I have killed my card with my bank. I know nothing of this site, do not watch movies or gamble. HAS COST ME $65.00 AUS.

Same thing has happened to me, I signed up last weekend for the $1.03 because they advertised a movie I was looking for. When I got access to the site, the movie was not there, so I cancelled my subscription. Today, one week later, they have charged my debit card $44 American dollars. How can this site still be operating with the amount of people complaining if fraudulent activity? Someone needs to shut it down.

I got scammed here really bad. They charged me one year 49,50 dollars every month without ever notifying me about this.

Finally I have contacted my Bank directly and blocked my Credit Card. I canceld of course also my Abo via their Homepage and Received an Feedback that they canceled my Abo. I‘ ve also Sent an disclaimer via E-Mail But without confirmation on receipt of the E-Mail entry.
The Abo was Connected with an Fake Apple IPhone 8 competition. Stupid decicision. it‘ s Not a reputable web page and therefore HANDS OFF!

Unfortunately the same happened to me. I cancelled my debit card, but the "damage" is already done.

I share your opinion of feeling the fraudulent playproz.com site. I've had the test in these days. I had received a message on my cellphone telling me that a number of iPhone 8 smartphones had been put on sale for only one Euro and I was invited to pay that amount to see if I could be among the winners of that cell phone.

I am limited to providing my data, without confirming them. After a few days, my Bank warned that I had been charged a bill on my current account for the amount of 49.95 DollarI USA by that site! I refused the charge by going to Bank and then I made a fraud report at the Carabinieri Command in my city. It's useless to say that Iphone 8 smartphone, not even the track!

Please contact your bank and have them cancel the fraudulent transactions, refund your money, cancel your current card and get a new one.

Playproz.com is trying to rip me off. 5 day trial was said was free. Cancelled their service same day as I signed up. ...but was charged a cancellation fee and who knows what else they may try. Called my bank and they cancelled my bank card... there by shutting them out of my account. I recommend others with problems with the fraudulent web site do the same asap.
