Is Chiclila a Trustworthy Online Store?

Chiclila located at chiclila.com practices deceptive sales tactics. This is because the blouse I bought looked NOTHING like the picture I saw on the website! And, the blouse is made of cheap, cheap, cheap material. The blouse in the picture is embroidered- the one I received was printed on and look ridiculous. They know you won’t return for a refund because it costs to much to ship to China. Been waiting for a 15% refund they offered for months! Several emails to custservice, but no refund.
